a couple of you guys have pm'd me about posting a pix,i finally got up the nerve,heres 2 i took before i got in the shower..no pump,nothing.just me..next time i should probably pump up'
btw..i'm not on a cycle,just finished one up 2 weeks ago,i went from 277#(start of cycle) all the way down to 236(1 week b4 completion)#..i'm 253"right now.gonna bulk in about 6 weeks... :dg:

legs added,bear in mind i am 6'3",legs are a friggin chore when they are longer..all you taller guys know what im talking aboutsorry about the poor pix,i used a camera phone looking in a mirror,with a desk lamp...dont get much better then that...haha :D

LOL...thanks for the compliments.i work hard,my genetics suck,i was always a skinny kid...170# when i graduated high school..so even now i still feel small.my goal is to break 300# at 10% bf,,,even if it is the death of me :dg:

u look great first of all. what cycle did u do and for how long that u lost that much weight. what was diet and training like.
