New guy saying hello..*PICS*
Hi guys. I am new here and i love this forum.
I am 23 yrs old and have been training naturally for the past 5 years.
I will be going on my first cycle soon, 10 wks of test. Therefore, i need all the criticizims i can get to try to improve whatever it is i need when i do my first cycle.
These pics are not too recent, but it gives you an idea of wat i look like. In these pics, I am pumped (except for the back shot in the grey shorts, that shot is cold). All opinions are much appreciated. Thank youLast edited by Reelmuscle; 01-11-2010 at 02:38 PM.

You look very good for being natural. Your arms are definately your strong point. BTW how big are they cold?
If anything I'd say your chest and back needs to be brought up to match them.

Thank for the opinion. I have a feeling that many will say that back and chest needs work. And its funny, i have no mercy at all on my back and chest when i go to the gym, yet they dont respond as well..

Thanks fella..i hope the juice will help me out with my back and chest. I train very hard in the gym..VERY HARD. i have no mercy on any muscle group. So, this is why i say i hope the juice will help me out a little.

Great for natural bro. Keep pounding the back, it will come along. Legs aren't bad either, but could use some work. Keep it up bro and good luck with the cycle.

Thanks guys..
My back routine is always changing, so is my chest..i dont like to keep the same routine as the muscles get used to the excercises way too quickly and dont respond.
But, in general, i stay along the lines of:
bent over rows
seated rows
pull ups
For chest
incline bb
flat bb
flys
I tried dips, but for some reason i feel nothing with dips. So i dont do them as much but maybe i should.
Thanks again guys for all the opinions/criticizims. that is what i need form you guys to really work on an improve on my cycle.

Just a thought bro, but on the dips, try and keep your head down, that way you use more chest than tri's. YOu should grow with dips, they are great. Good luck.

Very good build.....and all natural...good for you. Good upper body and legs look good.......lats could use a little extra attention but they aren't bad by any means.

looking good .....arms are good and delts are good for a natural.....if you were to tan alittle you would look even more cut and that would give the appearance of size and hardness. Dont worry the juice will definitely turn you into a diffrent breed. Keep us posted and keed up the good work.

Nice base bro, good work! You could definitely use some back work to widen out. Your arms are f'ing huge, and will look even bigger as you get wider. Also, just like 99.9% of the rest of the world, you can always work on growing the wheels! Good job though, you are going to be a monster after your cycle!

Stubborn muscles are always a pain, and this is the reason i decided to do a cycle. I remember telling myself "i will NEVER do that stuff"..haha, there goes that idea.
I am looking to get to 185-190 after this cycle. I am going to eat everything in site. the good, the bad, and the ugly...

Tri's are by far the best part, I cant believe you've never juiced for having tri's that good.
