Yo DaBull! Update on my progress with your diet!

Here is my latest progress pic folowing yor custom Da Bull diet. Im still 8 weeks out and eating around 2200 cal/day, but I cheat often - especially on my PWO meal. Back in Feb/Mar when I was Santa Clause I had a 40" waist and 25-30%BF, now I have a 34-35 waist. I estimate my BF at about 12-13% - if you have a better estimate from the pic please comment.
Getting slightly stronger as the Halo is just starting to kick but the restricted cals do not help strength or endurance.
Made a slight tweaek to your original diet, I now just eat every 2 hours and divide the nutrition accordingly. If I stay up a litte longer then I make sure the last coulpe are real small. Im taking the L-Arginine at night but not PWO.
Also - my arms have made a little progress since you revamped my workout.
QUESTION? Why is it all coming off my waist and gut but I still cant see striations etc in my arms and chest etc?
