I dont know what AS is so I would say No to that one, Diet for the first show -I dieted 6 weeks, Chicken, Broccoli, Brown Rice, taters, I drank 1 protein shake a day made with water mixed my vitamins in that. The second show I sucked and for that show I did not rotate high and low days. I basically stayed on the same carb & protein amount each day, I cut out the shakes for the last 6 weeks, I did not respond well to it at all.
The high and low carb days really worked for me and took off the weight quick. If I had started at 12 weeks, I think I would have had much better results. I took:

One a day woman
calcium
flax seed
yohimbe
Aminos
power trip
psyllium husk
and of course my oil of olay vitamins

I am a member at three gyms but I didn't want to drive to the hardcore gym today because it was storming. I had no choice, though.

I was doing push ups and dips off my couch with no electricity and 100 MPH winds outside! I hear you, though. If malls and movies are open, then the GYM SHOULD BE! I'll give 'em Thanksgiving, Xmas and New Year's, but THAT'S IT!

BTW, your condition looks well over 1 year of training. Also, I have two really good friends that compete in Fitness America, Universe, etc. so if you need advice, connections, promo, whatever, let me know. (One of 'em is in my avatar)

I shouldn't complain about them closing. I just had to change my rest day to Monday now. You are right. Thanks for offering the connections, I am so new to this and I want to learn everything I can.
