No its not pics of the car , but let me know what you guys think anyway. Ive been lifting since 15 and been training seriously for about a year now , just turned 19 yesterday,so still along way to go, but eventually i want to enter some comps when i think that im up to the standard, been folllowing the board for a while finally decided to join and thought id post some pics these are from the start of the year so ive packed on some more lean muscle since then but this will give you a rough picture as to where im at at the moment.

as for the cycle ive only ever done 1 cycle of winny and i wish i hadnt because i want to get the most out of my body naturally before i jump on again

You look to be shorter than 5'9" judging from the amount of muscle and the short muscle bellies you have yet not weighing 180lbs. I dont mean that as knock I just if I had to guess would have said you were either 5'7 or weighed more than you do. Regardless you are looking very good for your age and it appears you have great genetics.

no i dont take that as a knock at all well ok u got me im not exactly 5'9" but very close, im more than 5'8" lol im a short ass ok , yeh in those pics im not 180lbs, the stats are as of today , those pics were from the start of the year or even dec last year cant quite remember . thanks for all the comments though

kudos to your bro. although u did a cycle too early IMO, at least u realize this and want to do it the right way from now on. i wish more bros and newbies on this board listen to what u said. one of the smartest things i have heard in a long time
