my bulkin pics...
I started my bulker at the end of june and since then i have gained about 20lbs. I was down to about 9-10 bf at the beginning of june after my cutting diet. At the beginning of june i weighed around 200 lbs, now i weigh about 220-225. Which I am happy with for now until march rolls around again and then its back to my cutting diet. Take it easy on me guys I have gained a lil fat back too:-(

Good gains mate! Definately can see the extra size in back double bi! Doesn't look like much fat gain to me - you'll probably be 215lbs when you cut again in march - keep us posted!

yup im still natural..gonna keep it that way for a long time. I hope to be up to 240 by december, i still feel that my weak points are my arms. For some reason they will not grow,I have tried almost everything to make them grow(heavy weight-low reps, higher reps-medium weight) i mean they grow a lil but not as fast as my other body parts oh well i will figure sumtin out.....thankz for the compliments guys

i would have to say I like the after pics much better.. the befores were a little to skinny for my liking (even tought you wernt that skinny)... . very nice work!!!!

right now my diet isnt really that great.. i mean im eating pretty clean i just dont really count anything, my metabolism is really really fast so I have to take in a ton of calories to gain anything. Plus my job doesnt let me have enough time to sit down and eat a decent meal, Im always on the run so i have to take sandwiches with me to work and stuff to snack on. Right now the only supplement im taking is whey protein (is that considered a supplement anymore?) I need to get glutamine back in my diet cause my strength levels were a lot better when i was taking it and i recovered a lot faster tooo...i like being bigger/happy again lol

legs and back are definately your strong point,your shape looks great at 200#
