Hey everyone,

It's been a looong time since I posted, way too busy with work and working out! Anyway, I had my cellphone with me in the gym yesterday and we took some pics of my buddy, so I thought I might post them over here for him.

Sorry for the questionable cellphone pic quality, Ill get you guys some razorsharp pics when i take my 6 mpix cam to the gym!

Oh yea and, believe it or not, he's been training for more than 20 years and still clean.. **** genetics...

His legs are nice in proportion, just not in means of todays standards. He's no pro and for now he prefers to keep them like this.

As for my pics, i'll post some updates soon, im still trying to get lean.. like 5-6% bf, and trying to stay at like 8-9% over the year. here's some pics of me a year ago when i was at 5.6% bf... Of course im nothing compared to my bro haha
