    2 months of cutting tell me what u think

    ive been following the cutting diet in the diet forums to the tee for about 5 wks now.

    here some pics

    the first pic was taken about a year ago since then i use to weight 188lbs now im 166lbs maybe 10% bf not sure

    You need to buy a belt mate . You have lost alot of weight and look alot better. Were you cutting for any specific reason?

    thx bros, yeah i know none of my pants fit me anymore hehe i just bought a few 32 waist jeans and they are kinda loose on me. As for cutting by bf is was just a goal wanted to do to see if i could accomplish it

    thx again guys, im going to stick with this diet for a few more weeks wanna see if i can burn off some stubborn lower back fat and the last little layer of fat on my gut so my lower abs can come in more. After that im going to research a bulking diet, which ill try begining or mid august.

    o yeah check ur pm's ill send anyone a copy of my cutting diet.

    the only gear i took was winny but had to stop early b/c my joints were killing me

    a side from that just alot of extreme diet and cardio

    Guys, he said he was following the advice given in the dieting forum. Instead of using HIS diet, why don't some of you come over there and work out one for yourself?

    here ya go guys remember this diet was just a guide line i adjusted some macros here and there depending on how i was feeling, training intensity etc...

    AM cardio 45min-1hr (did 4-6x a week)

    M1 6egg whites, 2 whole organic eggs

    Total Cal = 380

    Total daily intake

    PRO 276G / Carbs 137g / Fat 76g

    You shold add a lot more size before you start cutting, you need lots more muscle tone, try high reps/ one working sets, that will give you some real deffenition!
