FOR BaSe and Apoc: Nothing out of the ordinary leg work-out. Carry 4 each of the 24x48 pallets on ur back. Run with it on the beach. Make sure that ur hi-top steel toes shoes are strapped okay. Do this for 10 miles M-F. And the kicker is, u run on the hilly side of the beach, not on the flats. :lol:
On the serious side; I do the following for my legs:
A. HACK SQUAT
B. LEG PRESS
C. LYING LEG CURL
D. STANDING CALF RAISE
