sorry about the quality/size but im still figuring the whole diqital camera to computer link, i figured i would post this one of me, in the pic i am 6'3 200 and am natural....i dont have any pics of my legs/back but i will update this thread as soon as i can get someone to take them...oh yeah and feel free to flame away (not that impressive...)
The only flame i have is how small that pic is.

Look good, very lean..hard to really tell from that pic, but if i had to pick something out to work on, Id say get your arms bigger to be more in proportion with your chest. Although I know thats easier said than done..I have the same problem.
Natural, good work,keep it up the sky is the limit.............especialy with all the wonderful "supplements" available today.
