Please let me know what you think are my strengths and weaknesses, and what you think I should bring up to par. My thoughts are to focus on Chest and back, and I believe my shoulders and wheels to be my strong points, let me know what you think.

    Stats:
    19 y/o
    5'8"
    173lbs.
    44" Chest

Thanks bros. If you guys are talking about my serratus, it's always seemed to be like that, not exactly sure why.

Dally- On back days I superset close grip and wide grip pulldowns, then I hit up some bent rows and shrugs. Total of like 15 sets.

DEVLDOG- Can't believe you're hatin' on the stache bro! It's done me well thus far hehe. No, really I have to shave off the goatee for work now that I got promoted, and just felt I had to keep some of it hehe.

Thanks bro. They seem to grow easy. I just wish I had access to a squat rack. All I can really do for my legs are leg extensions and leg curls. But I do them until I can barely walk.

well, you're the first person i've seen to have over-developed serratus.
most people probably have over developed chests or biceps. i like how your body is more or less consistent, not having any body part over power the other, with exception to your serratus.

So do back exercises work serratus as well or what? Or is it something that is set by genetics or something?

no back exercises don't hit the serratus directly, maybe indirectly if at all, there are a few pullover exercise's you can use to hit the serratus directly, like dumbbell and or barbell pullovers or even seated cable pullovers using the rope for triceps, but that is hard to discribe and easier to show u, but can't do it here, best of luck.

ya lying decline dumbell pullovers will hit your serratus, as well as a host of other muslces, its good core exercise!

I also have very developed serratus anterior muscles, but my lat width is a bit wider so it looks good. If you widen your lats some, they will add to your appearence.

it looks a bit weird when bulking but when you cut down and your skin is sucked tight to your body, they show definition, and when you turn if you have good abs it just outlines a better figure..

Good job bro, keep it up!

So no one thinks I have any one part that needs to be prioritized? Strengths? Weaknesses? Come on, I even posted the wheels, that takes guts.

Can't see your calves. They should be equal to your arm thickness. Mine are lagging behind by an inch and a half currently. Close grip chins will work the serratus to a certain degree.

    Thumbs up

Looking good man. I suggest hitting your arms, chest, and lower abs. Arms-I think you will be happier and look better proportioned if you focus harder on bi's and tri'. Chest has good foundation, need build. Lower abs-use dip station pull knees to chest.

Agree about the serratus and quads look great. Need to work on calves.

    Kep up the dedication.

Thanks bros. Yeah I agree with your comments ire, I have been trying to prioritize my arms for some while, I'm just not getting the results I want. I believe I was probably over training as I was doing 11 sets each for bi's and tri's, I have cut that down to about 6-7 sets each bi's and tri's and hopefully I can make better results. Thanks for the critique bro.

I was gonna say, if you're calves don't match those quads it's gonna look disproportional. I can't believe you got those without squats, that's crazy. I stopped doing extensions when I started hitting squats hard but ****, I'm gonna start em back up again.

Thanks bro. Yeah, my legs respond really well to any type of workout. Also, my calves are 15.5", but still pretty unproportional since my legs are 26" +. But yeah leg extensions work wonders if you do them correctly, keep your toes pointed to the ceiling and go really slow on the way down.

    Dude,

Looking good. I would say your abs and arms need work. The legs look awesome and overall you have a good structure and should only grow over the next several years.

I think you may suffer from the same thing as me having overworked Delts that make your bi's look small, even though they aren't that bad.

PS The porn star mustache works for me

He he thanks bro.Glad someone else is feeling the stache. I'm hoping to be able to put on some good size over the next couple of years (naturally). I think if I keep at it, I can do it, I would like to eclipse 200lbs and not be all fat (I'm 175 right now), but I guess I'll see how that goes.

    Hey Rocky
    Looking good at 175.
Personally I think 200 is just too much for your height and size.
    Try for a lean 175.
Right now you are holding your own well building up the back is helping the V shape take over from that old figure 8 of the past you were sporting.
You are keeping a nice strong shape and even though you are putting on some fat it seems to be more proportional as you can barely see the love handles but the next 10 to 15 pounds could do more harm than good if you don't watch your carb intake and keep up with the cardio.
You would hate for the horrid handles to return.
Use either the mirror as your guide or the girls as your guide.
If the girls stop complimenting and start kidding you....
