    Back to it

    I took this picture about 5 weeks ago. I think i have a pretty good base so i'm gonna start a cycle, what do you guys think?

    21 yrs old
    159lbs
    8-9% bdf
    I wrestled in High school and college so i've been on a pretty strict diet and training regime fro the past 6 years

    during season
    45min sprints in the morning
    2 hours wrestling practice evening
    try to lift usually lift 3 times a week

    off season
    cardio 1-2 times a week usuall 2 miles
    lifting 4-5 times a week
