    nope, no kin to me! tons of potential though. good all around muscle bellies and a good response to resistance and the gear. his cycle was, you ready for this, 400mgs of t200 for 8 weeks! unreal. i will help him with the next one and he will be off the map. cant wait to see what he looks like then.

    reason i asked is because i am also on a test only cycle and have gained 16lbs so far and still have 2 shots left. I was also hoping to gain around 20. if i can gain at least another 20 on my next cycle, it would be nice!

    the shot of his legs is not the best, and they are lacking a bit because the guys who where helping him dont do alot of leg workouts, but, they are bigger than most guys are after a year of training. dont worry, i am going to help him with anything he needs.

    Your friend has some good size and looks thick too. Especially thru his traps, delts and arms. His legs look fine.......there just not at the same level of developement his upper body is at.

    Yeah, don't eat a bunch of crap while your trying to bulk. Eat clean all the time, just adjust your calories accordingly. No need to put fat on to put muscle on.

    in this pic I'm about 208 lbs & 6' tall not sure about the bf
    and yes I do need to work the legs more I'll post some before after pics of the legs when I see some results
