carlos, you mind telling me what your shoulder workout looks like? they look phenominal.

I don't do that much for shoulders. I finish my shoulder workout in 30 mins. I do 4 sets of heavy shoulder press either bar or dumbbells. Then 4-5 sets of side raises with dumbbells or cables, 3 sets of front raises dumbbell or cables, then 4 sets of rear delts. I think the secret to getting great delts are hitting the rear delts HARD. The bigger you get your rear delts the bigger your delts appear. It gives an illusion of a round full capped delt.

I'm just as ripped on the bottom as on top and my hamstrings are looking good to. I'm told as long as I hit all of my mandatories and my routine I will do some damage.

As of prejudging, I'm 1st in novice and 2nd in open. I started going flat from my diuretic and it took away the veins and cuts in my quads. I'm at home now carb loading like a mofo trying to get it back. So far so good. I can see the veins coming back in. Even if I hold a little water I'm still leaner than the guy who's first in open. So I can fill out a bit and still beat him.
