    Thanks everyone. I certainly was not born like this. 10 1/2 years ago at age 18 I began to train consistently. I was a chunky kid all my youth. From an early age I wanted nothing more than to be lean and muscular. (Wish I put that much effort in making money) I got into fitness modeling which kept me away from competitive bodybuilding, thank god. In those pics I was about 190, I'm 5'10.'' I haven't had a reason to peak lately so I've been maintaining about 205-210 8-10%bf.

    As far as my diet, I tried it all...the best thing for me is...

    ~Early morning cardio empty stomach (makes such a big difference)
    ~Eat frequently - every 2-3 hours.
    ~water (very important) 1-2 gal/day

    Diet:

    Quality Protein & Carbohydrate Sources:

    Protein – {egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish, lean beef & whey supplements}

    Carbohydrates – {any vegetable, brown rice, (minimal) whole wheat, sweet potato & old fashioned oatmeal.}

    7am Meal 1. 8-10 egg whites 2 yolks with ½ cup old fashioned oatmeal

    10am Meal 2. 8oz. chicken with either a vegetable or salad, or protein shake with flax

    1pm Meal 3. 8oz. turkey or tuna with lettuce on whole wheat wrap

    3-4 Meal 4. Protein shake

    5pm Meal 5. 8-10oz. lean beef with sweet potato & vegetable

    7-8 Meal 6. Protein shake or 8-10oz chicken or turkey with vegetable

    Before bed - protein/flax

    Weight Train – 3 to 5 times per week
    Cardiovascular – 45-60min 4-5 times per week

    As far as supplements, I don't go crazy just...
    ~glutamine
    ~flax seed oil
    ~CLA
    ~digestive enzymes (helps with all the solid proteins)
    ~multi-V

    If I can help anyone with anything, holla... Remember, if you want it bad enough, you can achieve it...

    I honestly lost count. I've tried all the most common AAS. All except anadrol , dball. I tend to get puffy easily. My favorite AAS are test P, E and win & Tren . I've been cycling for 8 yrs judiciously and cautiously. I honestly feel you can take a load of AAS and if you don't diet clean and do CV, you will look like bigger crap. I have found that taking minimal AAS with a tight CV & diet regimen + the proper anti-e's, will result in much better overall physique not to mention, it's much healthier.

    It's so great to hear more and more people say this (highlighted above). Too many people think they should just inject a lot of steroids and hope for the best. I advocate using lower-doses and perfected diets. If people would spend more time correcting their diets, then they'd be far bigger.
