thanks for the feed back guys . i consider my self natural b/c i have tried steroids before yet i gained nothing . my training was on the money and so was my diet. so i believe that i am natural.
and leave my WHITES ALONE.. everyone on this board must still have a pair.

my injury
jp a couple of months ago my chest got to a strong point . i was able to hit 345. now a little while later a started to get a pain were my bicep and shoulder meet. a little above the armpit. i continued to work out my chest because it was only a slite discomfort. i would streach a lot. and i would do many warm up sets. i think its my tendon i think maybe the weight got to heavy for it. it could have been my form. i dont know. all i know that it hurts too often and i have to stop before i rip my chest. i havent made any gains anyway. in fact because of it i have gotten weaker.
so to all of you that push yourselves when u have injury. dont do it. its not worth it and it will only make it worse

I had an injury pain somewhat in the same area, but I had to end up having surgery on my left shoulder and then eventually my right. Things are normal now, in fact Im stronger now. So take my advice and DO NOT work through an injury and just rest that area.
