Hey all. I'm a newbie, hoping to get some feedback and learn alot. I'm 21, 5'10", 180-5lbs, 17" arms, natural up till now. I'm about to start an 8 week cycle, wks 1-8 400mg Deca, wks 4-8 50mg Winstrol ed. Right now I'm looking for more strength and a little size. In time I'd like to start trying to stack on the mass. Lemme know what you think... (sorry about the blurriness)

Look great for being natural, and I will reiterate what some of the other bro's have said, why juice if you are getting results naturally?
Do the winnie weeks 5-10 and start clomid 3 days after last winnie dose. So...
400 mg deca a week for weeks 1-8
50 mg winnie ed weeks 5-10.
By utilizing the lives of the different substances, you eliminate your hang time before clomid from "3 weeks after last deca shot" to "3 days after last winnie dose." In other words, no grey area; therefore, you have a better chance of keeping everything you gain.

like authur said, but do the winny weeks 6-11... 3-4 weeks for deca to be at low enough dosages to start clomid, ending deca at week 8 add 3 weeks and that's 11... so do the winny to week 11 so that all the deca will be out.
I appreciate the encouraging words and the advice from everyone! Big Guy and/or Arthur... I've read different things about the dosages of clomid that I should be taking.. I was planning on going with; Day 1 - 200mg, days 2-11 - 100mg ed, days 11-21 - 50 mg. Is this too much, adequate? And.. If I wanted to take clen after having finished this cycle, should I wait a certain number of weeks?
Thanks Diesel. I read about taking 300mgs clomid the first day, but I was unsure if this was just way too much and unecessary.
BTW.. I started with my first shot of Deca yesterday (my first shot of anything, ever). It was an experience. I was nervous as hell about stickin' myself. But, all is well, only a little soreness today (the second day)... hardly anything.
