take into concideration that im holdin alot of water due 2 being on a corse of sus dbol and primo can u guestimate or is there no point till the water bloat goes because im alot more ripped than that wen im not on gear

Open the picture in the software "Paint" from Windows, you can make the picture smaller there.

ive opened it in paint and im still not sure how 2 make the file smaller?

once you get it running
1. open up your picture
2. click on "image" in toolbar
3. click on "resize/resample"
its pretty self explainatory from there. Hit me a PM if you get stuck.

On "paint" go to "image" then "strech/skew" and reduce to 30% where it says 100% then you "save as".
