    Guthrum bulked

    Hi just joined. Here's me at a rather chubby 240lbs (will be cutting again after Christmas). Anyway here goes - feedback welcome.

    Thnks all for the feedback. As for stats, 240lbs in the pics, but now more like 233. Height, an average 5'10 and been training for about four years now.
