    3 Weeks After Show Pictures

    It's been 20 days since the show and I weighed myself today and I'm up almost 40 pounds. Still have some veins and striations. Legs def. need work. I have to get the size back I lost.

    I wish I looked this full on stage... Hopefully next year.

    Bigger is better . . . IMHO, you look better now than you did at the show . . . too bad the fashion for contests is super shredded.

    Well, won't be long before you're 40 lbs heavier than now AND shredded . . . and on some magazine covers, too. The next Flex Wheeler, oh ya . . .

    Its kinda funny that he's that full, still got veins and everything considering his offseason diet.

    All he eats is pie now. Apple pie, key lime pie, pumpkin pie ... just think up a pie and he has eaten it within the past 20 days.

    All that from pie. Thats so sickening.

    No to pumpkin pie. I like key lime, cranberry-blueberry and sour cream apple walnut pie. Here is an example of how I've worked pie into my daily diet.

    Day 1

    Meal 1
    7:30am
    5 whole eggs
    4 oz Chicken breast
    1 cup oatmeal with a teaspoon of brown sugar and a little sugar free maple syrup

    Meal 2
    10am
    4 egg whites
    1 cup cream of wheat
    2 slices raisin toast

    Meal 3
    1:00pm
    6 oz Turkey burger with bbque sauce
    1 1/2 cups brown rice
    1 cup red beans over the rice
    1 slice blueberry pie

    Meal 4
    4:00pm
    6 oz Turkey burger with bbque sauce
    1 cups white rice
    1 cup red beans over the rice

    Meal 5
    6:00pm
    Lean Body low carb protein shake
    with 1 scoop isopure


    Meal 6
    Post workout shake

    Meal 7
    12 oz Fish
    1 cup of white rice

    Day 2
    Meal 1
    7:30am
    5 whole eggs
    4 oz Chicken breast
    1 cup oatmeal with a teaspoon of brown sugar and a little sugar free maple syrup

    Meal 2
    2 Crab Cakes
    2 cups of yellow rice and beans
    1 large slice key lime pie

    Meal 3
    7 oz Turkey breast bbque sauce
    1 cups white rice
    1 cup red beans over rice
    4 spears of asparagus
    1 slice sour cream apple pie

    Meal 4
    8pm
    6 oz Turkey burger with bbque sauce
    1 cups white rice
    5 spears of asparagus

    Meal 5
    9:30pm
    6 oz Turkey burger with bbque sauce
    1 cups white rice
    5 spears of asparagus

    Meal 6
    11pm
    8 oz Fish
    1 cup white rice


    Pie does a body good!

    I'm going to chill on the pie and start doing a little cardio. I don't want my body fat percentage to get any higher than it is. I'd like to stay right around here.

    Mike that is some Funny S**t!

    He does eat pie like Cartman from South Park, Right? I hate 'em hia gentics just absorb all of the glucose into the muscle and it holds it there. He is so full in apearance.

    I've seen guys that were eating pie filling at comps and they were fat as S*** already, and spilling glucose everywhere. Carlos you look good brotha.....PROPS to you! Now get a God Dam photoshoot and quit being so shy! You need some cool pics. Your twin is probably so proud.

    My brother thinks I'm too big. Remember he's into having the fitness model look. Plus, I'd have to diet again to do a photo shoot. Next time I'm in contest condition... I'll do it.

    I will admit... I DO sit at my desk all day. That gives me plenty of time to eat and grow. Plus I sneak into a locked room and take a nap sometimes while at work. And you know what I do for a living... I'm not a **** secretary.

    looking huge man... is it just me or does your face look completely different now?

    it sucks that the judges like SUPER SHREDDED instead of massive and ripped. IMO anyone can get ripped with diet and cardio, its harder to get big.

    Yeah, my face looks different. That's what happens when you're emaciated and have no fat in your face at all. It made me look years older. As I get bigger eventually I'll be able to come into a show BIG and SUPER SHREDDED!!!
