Lats Back
Thought i would try this out.........few back pics
I am 21 years old, 280 pounds, 20% bf, 19inch arms, 54 inch chest, 38 waist, 30 inch quads, 18 inch calves 15 inch forearms, 21 inch neck,
bench 315 for 14 or 405 for 3, deadlift 675.......
i did a 10 week prop tren ...now i am on a 10 week dbol test
I concider myself a powerbodybuilder....i train heavy but still get the 6-8 reps.....
take in atleast 400grams of protein a day and workout 4 times a week.
I attend university and work at a supplement shop
I want to compete this summer......

Thanks a lot guys that is very motivational....you really have no idea how much it means to hear that from the bros on AR.
..ya i know i need to cut.....however i am in the bulking zone, and im not fat, im just thick so im not too worried about it....and i bulk cleanly so its really not a problem. Next semester I am going to begin the cutter with clen , t3 and tren .....i cant wait.

I agree bro you have a very large lat spread...good name for you...now cut up a little and really look huge...get that 38 waist down to 32 to 34 and see how big them lats look...

You sure your at 20% Bf? You have detail in your back which i don't think wounld be there at 20% BF.

Wow thanks a lot for the complements.......my routine is to eat everything....get lots of sleep..and workout extremely intense
Honestly i cant stress it enough.....like people come in to my store wanting creatine and NO2 and what not..Protein is the key..400grams a day...get that down....once you have that as a base...you are set...
DIET is soooo key....
I like to keep my workouts short...but very intense...every set is past failure one way or another...help from the spotter, drop weight whatever.....make it really hurt.
I like the heavy weights....gets me scared about the set....gets me pumped up....however at the same time i am smart to know what is too much....and warm up properly.
Mon-chest, tri, side delts. Wed-Back bies. Fri-Shoulders tri. Sun-Legs bies.

big mofo, now cut that **** up and get them arms and calves bigger to match the neck. im about 100lbs lighter and only 1.5 inches smaller in the arms. but jesus christ your chest is 3 inches bigger then my **** shouders lol. your one lucky son of a bitch to be blessed with that size. cut up and screw powerlifting, youd make a good name for yourself as a Body builder

i know i need to cut.....and trust me i want to, i am just taking it patiently, building the mass to the best of my ability....then jack the cutter and do a show...not looking to win...but i want the experience....all my competing friends tell me to enter for that reason.
I am working on the arms....need to bring them up.....i was going to start spot shooting them but i really hate bi shots.....
im 5'10 285 now...love tossing the big weights around....i do it with proper form...and it gets me into the workout to do it......i benched 365 for 7 last chest day......
if i enter into a show for june the supplement company i work for will back me with protein and vits......pretty cool to me, my friends are backed my muscle tech...but this is a start

wow thanks guys thats really awesome.......ya im 21 and a half on my second cycle......benched 4 plates for 3...running 4 weeks of slin....pretty exciting, 5IU for this week...then 10 for the next 3 afterwords. I know i have been putting the pics off...i will show them soon, i need to borrow my roomates cam again..but its my christmas break right now....so i dont have access to it just yet.........
the acne on my back...was from the tren ...it was horrible....you will find a few threads i created on how to get rid of it..lol...im starting to tan, and take accutane...hope it works....
May begin bicept spot injections to help out my peak.....need some more peak up in there
*Anyone thinking about taking slin....its a good idea in my opinion.....it makes Post workout nutrition a lot more fun and exciting..lol.....it does though.
