AandF's 10 months progress
Here is my last 10 months.. god i was a little flabby mofo in the first pic. Since then I did a Test E and Dbol cycle in the fall and I just got done with an M1T cycle about a month ago, now I'm cutting and going to start Anavar tomorrow. Planning on doing another bulker in the fall. I've got exactly one year until the bodybuilding show at my college that I want to enter, plenty of time. I was thinking about doing it this year but I want to get bigger. The guys in the short class that I will be in only weighed in between 165-175 so if I get up to 215 or so and cut down to 190 I should be a monster on-stage compared to them.
The new one doesn't show any progress with the arms but my avatar is from the same set. As soon as the summer starts I should have some good back/leg shots so you guys can critique and tell me what I need to work on to be my best on-stage next year.
I weigh the same, 195, in both pictures. 20 years old, 5'10", BF% unknown. Max lifts Bench-365 (w/ shirt) Squat-405 Deadlift-450(w/ hooks) Military-205 for 5. Been training for 5 years, 3 seriously.
THANK YOU AR for all the knowledge you've given me

Nice work!
Anyone that can bench almost 2X their bodyweight is a strong mofo in my book.

I appreciate the encouragement guys, but is there any criticism I could get with these limited pics or should I wait a few weeks when I can get some good back shots too?Last edited by AandF6969; 04-04-2005 at 02:23 PM.

DL I used to be able to do about 350 so thats up 100 lbs
Military made a HUGE jump, from about 145 to 205 for 5

Thanks guys... I'm in week 2 of cutting right now and this morning cardio is awesome. Makes me feel good all day. I'm going to have full pics for critique up in a few weeks. I need to figure out what to bring up this summer/fall before I start cutting for the competition next April.

Looks great man, you think you could have gotten urself to look so good in a year without using, im debating steroids right now and the look in ur after pic is the exact look im going for, do u attribute most of ur progress to ur use??(not to trake away from ur dedication and diet at all, but sometimes natural can only go so far, no matter how hard u work?
