    20 yrs old, on a 4 week M1T cycle right now, bulking... 203 lbs today

    recent good lifts

    Military - 205x5
    Bench - 315x4

    Thanks for the comments guys, I've been busting my ass in the gym lately and its been showing both in the mirror and the scale.

    I'm 5'10.5" i think. Theres a bodybuilding show next April I want to do, I still want to get bigger before I cut for it though. At least 215-220. Need to work on spreading my lats as the picture shows. My back is just so d@mn unflexible for posing.

    Well squat I can do 315 parallel about 6 times... havent maxed in a LONG time.
