I think you should bring up your shoulders more, your traps really make them look small. Also back width and maybe some arm work.

well doo look pretty good but for a first cycle thats outragious. way too much gear, you could have had better results from a test only cycle. heck, im on my first cycle and i look great and im only taking test prop with some winny toward the end. other than the cycle you do look good. abs are lacking a bunch in my opinion and arms not looking soo big. delts are way bigger than bicep/tricep.

different postures would be good mate like separate muscles, tense those bi's, tri's, delts etc then we can see the results better than just a normal upright stance

THANX ANGEL .. I TOTALLY AGREE...ONLY BAD SIDES IS AT WEEK 4 I COULDNT SLEEP FROM THE TREN BUT I OVER CAME THAT .I AM STILL ADJUSTING TO THIS FIRST CYCLE AND MY METABOLISM IS ON FULL FORCE AND I PLANNED THIS CYCLE TO BE A BULKER.. FELLAS LIKE I SAID I WAS JUST MESSING AROUND WITH THE CAMERA ..MAYBE THIS WEEKEND I CAN DO SOME BETTER POSING AT THE GYM WITH SOME HELP OF MY BUDDIES WHO HAVE COMPETED.. MORE CRITICISM IS WELCOMED ..I KNOW THE LATS AND ARMS ARE LACKING ..WILL POST PICS OF ARMS AND LEGS THIS WEEK

Your traps look great, I think your shoulder are good too but the pose makes them look smaller. Hit the weights hard and heavy you are on a strong cycle...Make it worth it!!!

What is your diet like?
I see a ton of people commenting on your AS program, and I agree it is way too much. But I would like to know how your diet is? What are you eating? How are you training? I think 80% of the game is food. The AS helps but if you don't have the diet and training down they are kind of a waste of time and a unnecessary risk. I bet with the right food and training you would get pretty **** big without AS. But just out of curiousity what is you diet and training like?

MY DIET IS AROUND 4000-4500 CALS ALOT OF PROTEIN 6 MEALS A DAY ..TUNA CHICKEN SALADS, PROTEIN SHAKES..ONCE AND AWHILE ILL EAT A BIG STEAK...I STILL HAVNT GOTTEN DOWN WHEN TO EAT THE PRO/FAT & CARB/PRO MEALS BUT IVE BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH MY RESULTS AND IT KEEPS ME MOTIVATED ON MY DIET AND IN THE GYM

Sounds like you know what you are doing. I would have started the AS a little lower dosed. I still don't use that much honestly. When you go off make sure you do the HCG or Clomid right and keep eating and training to hold on to some of what you gained. I would stay clean for a while if I were you. 6 months to a year. Get on a good nutrition program and a basic weight training program and get to 220 or 230 on your own and then maybe look at getting back on some AS. That is just what I would do. You do things right and you will be HUGE at 6' 1". You are only 20 you have plenty of time. Do lots of leg work and you will get to 220-230 faster than you think.

YES I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT LOW DOSE CYCLES I EVEN PLAN ON DOING SHORT ESTER ,SHORT 6-8 WEEK CYCLES FROM NOW ON......AS FAR AS STAYING CLEAN I DONT PLAN ON RUNNING ANOTHER CYCLE ANYTIME SOON AND EVEN PLANNED ON GETTING SWOLES SWOLEGENIX PROGRAM ..I THINK THATS WHAT I NEED ..A GOOD WORKOUT PROGRAM WITH A GREAT DIET...I MUST HAVE HAVE SLIPPED MY MIND OVER THE YEARS..I DO TRAIN LEGS BUT EVEN SWOLE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT LEGS SENDING SIGNALS TO THE UPPER BODY MUSCLES..AND U SAID DO LOTS OF LEG WORK TO GET TO 220-230 FASTER..WHAT DO U MEAN BY THIS???

Legs
Your legs are going to hold more weight than the upper body of course. So the bigger they are the more your going to weigh. I also strongly beleave that when you do squats your whole body will grow. This is really all I was trying to say.
