**** I got that flu too a couple weeks ago. Lost 10 lbs in a couple of day, it was horrible. Lookes like someone stuck a pin in me and drained all my size after it was done. LMR do you think you recovered fast beacuse of the gear, cause its been a couple weeks and im still not back to the same strength. Bench went from 455 to be barley able to lift 3 plates and 25's it freakin sucks. After a couple of weeks Im back to 230 but still can only lift 4 plates 405 for a max! thats alot to lose. It seems like you try so hard to gain and then you can get knocked back so easily. maybe im gonna have to start a cycle to get my strength back

Yah that flu rocked me but I think I bounced back real good because of the gear. I did stop injections for almost 3 weeks. I just could not imagine sticking myself through out the week being that sick. I take 4 injections through out the week. I divide the injections up mon/tue thur/fri because that's a lot of gear to pound all in a day or two.

I did keep up my HGH injections. I run 4 iu's ED. I think with that it helped me come right back.

By the way, 405 is a good bench, certainly isn't average.

LMR - thanks bro I know 405 is an ok bench but when you've done more it doesnt seem that good anymore. I think Im gonna try to start jamming the gear again soon I tried to do legs today and I was way down in strength and endurance still, just dont have the strength back yet and now im getting impatient. Plus I seem to get pumped way faster, but fatigue way quicker. **** FLU
