here I am. 6'5" and 190. Thin, yes. Just remember different peple have different goals. While I think it is bad-ass to be 5'10 and weigh 225, that isn't for me. i want to keep my cuts no matter what. i am hoping to reach a cut 225lbs, eventually.

I think you look good. I understand and feel you on the size thing. Only thing I see is bring the back up a little and add a little size to the arms and you'll be golden...
I agree, especially about the arms, and especially the bi's. I can do tricep cable pushes in perfect for with the whole stack, 8X. That is in comparison to my first set of curls which is usually 85lbs.

cardio=nothing special...I ride my mountain bike on aggressive trails for about 45minutes. It'll make you breathe hard. i only make it out twice a week though.
nice body bro.. i would have guessed more since you are 6'5"... nice chest and abs, I agree with the arms needing a little work part...and back too... let's see a back that matches that awesome chest of yours..

from the pic everythin is lookin good, i would work on the upper chest a little more though, other than that your lookin great man
being huge is not everyones cup of tea and i think you look great - all the other comments are valid, a little more back and arm size, but otherwise you are right to try and keep the cuts (im envious of those!)

Look good already, and I know what being tall and thin is all about (I am 6ft 2 myself). Put on some good lean muscle 25-30 lbs and you'll look awesome.

thanks for the comments guys, nice to hear both good things and what I need to work on. i knew about the arms for sure, but noone ever mentioned anything about my back before. Anyone feel free to give me some good back excercises that work for them...

I am 6'4" and weight 270 lbs--and far too much of that is bodyfat, I hate to say.
I am not looking to get "huge." But I am a big boy and I can either:
A) Be tall & skinny
B) Be big & fat
C) Pack on a lot of muscle so I look like I have some decent proportions.
So far you are lookin' good. I'd rather be in your position with low BF and time to grow more muscle than have to take off al lthe BF I have!
