Ok here are some off-season pics, i am about 197 lbs, BF don't know don't care, they are the off-season pics, right....i am in a bulk up stage of my life, hoping to get up close to 210 in a about 6 weeks or so, using 75mg/eod of Tren
100 mg of test prop/eod
50mg of d-bol/day
25mg of Winny/day
Arimidex /day
6 iu of Slin after workouts and only on work out days...

I am not a heavy user, this is the highest amount i have ever taken totaling about 1,150mg of gear per week. (it would however be considered heavy for a newbe)

Calories are around 3,200 - 330gm of protein 330gm of carb and 45gm of fat, training is 2 on 1 off, it's a variation of German Volume Training program and NO cardio. (I will increase calories if i have to)
I will post pics when i am all done bulking, so far i have bulked up on Keto diet with a 36 hour carb up every 6 days, the objective was to stay as lean as possible and still gain some lean body mass, i think it worked pretty good, but now it's time to "go get it", i have a show coming up in early November, so that does not leave me a lot of time to bulk up and still dial in for the show...

I know your bulking right now, but what does your diet and training look like when it's time to cut? My end result goal is to have a body like you... Again, you look great.
