Here's some pics for criticism. If you can guess a bodyfat%, throw that in there as well. I'm 5'9", 205lbs. I was 165lbs last February and I decided to bulk. Put on a little too much fat with it though, so I'm now keeping a log of what I eat (and that strayed greatly from what I intended on eating).
