Before/After
Here are before and after pics!
How do you guys think i did? I gained 17 lbs.
these pics are 100% COLD!
before/after
5'7.5"
165-182
Arms 16.5-17.25
chest 44-46
legs 24-25.25
calves 14.75-15.75
back (not sure, but it was my biggest improvement)
I POUNDED calves and they didnt want to grow..i will NOT give up on them!
The last pic is of me back in January of this year. I wanted to show you guys this pic to prove to you that i am a hard working athlete and i gained a lot of muscle before i started my cycle! I went from 140 lbs (that last back pic) to 165 (when i started juice) to 182 (after cycle) making it a total of a 42 lb gain this year

Say man if I were you, I would work on them abs and back....your arms are good along with your chest and traps...oh and nice shoulders...good job.

Thanks guys. I think my arms and detls are my strong parts.
Abs i have not worked on my lifting career! I am not worried about abs at the moment as i am not trying to get lean. I am still debating if i should keep on bulking to about 200 on my next cycle or get to about 190 lbs lean. I havent made up my mind yet. But when i do decide to get lean, you better believe i am gonna blast abs..
Really cant wait for my 2nd cycle.. Already counting the days
