Hi all, if you care to read my story, here it is:
One year ago, I decided I wanted to change. I was 6'2" 155 lbs. I started to read tons of articles about body building. After a week, I started to check my diet. I stopped smoking and started eating correctly every 3 hours. I stoppped eating desert and concentrated on eating meat. The first couple of months were tough but I made sure I ate at least 50g of protein per meal. I didn't care for the carbs/fat cause I seem to have a pretty fast metabolism. At the same time, since I started, I was doing pushups every day with sit ups. And I would throw in a couple of bench press and bicep curl sets every other day. So I did that until august. By then I was 180. I subscribed to a gym in my area and started to go there religiously still keeping my protein intake in check. By the end of September, I was 187 14% bf. Been four months since I started training, now I am 206 13%. I hope I can grow up to 225-230 before summer and then cut up for the beach :dg: .
My lifts right now:
Bench: 225 x 4
Squat: 245 x 8
Deadlift: 275 x 5
