22 yrs, 175 lbs 4-5% bf. what do you think?
been training for a while. what should I change? smaller, bigger, anything. Feel free to flame adequately.

i say you just need to add some size. your definition is amazing, along with abs. but i say you should try to bulk up and not worry about your bf% so much. you can always cut it back down after you get bigger

Please share your diet and cardio routine. Your looking great! 4% to 5% bf is impressive. Of course, adding more size to your arms and shoulders will look even better.

If hes like me, no cardio needed! One of the blessed with that, but putting on mass is harder than chinese algebra.........

The first thing I noticed was that your traps need work. Sliced as all hell and you are one of those people I hate because of your insane genetic ability to gain quality muscle while gaining zero fat and eating anything you choose

Nice pics man. Do you have any pics before you did GH? Because if you were fat, or even average for that matter, and GH transformed you into that, then sign me up for Gh. But something tells me that you always had a ripped physique, and Gh just pushed you over the edge.

thanks guys, I expected more flaming!!! I should have specified my goals in my first thread, so here they are: I'm an actor, so to remain as versatile as possible I can't pack on alot of muscle. Trying to stay lean and trim, and still stay impressive.
I did a cycle of sust.250 3 years ago and bloated up like a tomatoe. Broke out too. Back experience, little to no muscle gain. A year later I did some winstrol for a couple months, and then i got my habds on some GH and finaplex. Now that was awesome. I went from 170 to 215 in a summer. I was just hard muscle and no fat at all. I could eat everything I wanted, it was awesome, to a point where a full body flex felt like an orgasm. but then i got roid- rage, really bad, so I stopped. Dropped back down to 175 and stayed there since. Every 7-8 months or so I'll do a kit of GH, then wait 7-8 months.
diet: I wake up and have a ACAI Juice smoothie and a coffee. Then I do and hour of cardio. (40 minutes running. 20 elliptical) wait a couple hours and eat either salmon, chicken, steak with alot of vegetables. ( by alot I mean a **** load. Mostly brocoli, celery, tomatoes...) four hours later eat the same, but with a coffee on my way to the gym once again. I'll train muscle group and abs. eat again on the way home. and that;s it. I'll post pics of my wheels in a couple days, (been slacking a bit...)

when I do GH I get so hungry that I always cheat on my diet. But that doesn't really matter. If I didn't, I'd get headaches....
I'd like to reply to that guy that said I'm lean because i don;t eat enough. I eat about 3000 calories a day. More than many on this board. And if I didn't do that amount of cardio on a daily basis I would weigh alot more. I see a difference if I skip one day. Some might laugh, but **** them. They don't know what dedication is like. I have the appearance that I have because i can see the little details that most don't notice but can still register in the overall appearance without being able to single them out. And I look like I do, ( and alot of people will agree with me on this one) because of insecurities and lower than reality esteem. Bold statemement but true: If you;re constantly seeing yourself in a dimmer light than others see you, you'll never feel like you;re at par. Therefore you'll work harder to catch up, but what you're really doing is surpassing everyone. Sounds good, but there's a catch: you're never satisfied. Same ideology can be used to explain anorexia. Some women always see themselves as being fatter than they really are. So they keep getting skinnier and skinnier, without realizing that they have unhealthy body masses. Guys suffer from BIGorexia. We see ourselves as being smaller than we really are. How else would you explain dudes with no necks..?( for the sake of appearances, not performance. It does serve a purpose asides from esthetics.)
I do about 3-4 iu a day. 7 day/wk. 6 weeks.

acai smoothie 650 cal
3 servings of meat (post wprkout, lunch, supper) 3x600 cal
plus powerade during both cardios 2x140 cal
vegetables = ? cal
it might not add up exactly to 3000, but it's close, and never the same.
I usually have a combination of 2 meats, like a chicken breast and a steak, or salmon and steak,...you get the idea. The shake is mostly carbs and protein, but depending if I feel light tired or not after the workout, I might have a bagel on the way back home ( 2-300 cal)
