Looking great bro. I'd work on your back a bit. Arms are a strong point.

    Keep lifting!

Beer stole my thunder. Arms and traps look great for 22 (or any age for that matter). Back is a bit behind. Any cycles - what is your diet like?

well i just finished my first cycle a four week cycle of deca and d-bol. old school for sure but it helped. and the reason there are no leg shots is cause i already know those are in dire need of development, but its coming along.

Looking good so far. Agree with the back, especially lower, might want to incorporate deadlifts and cose grip pulldowns.

You and I have about the same body type although my back is stronger then my chest side where as you appear to be better developed in chest then back. I have about the same show up of abs when flexed, about the same veinyness in arms, although I am 183 lbs, 39 years and 5' 10". My caliper body fat comes in at 9.5%, abs dont volunteer themselves but show with some moderate flexing of tummy muscles.

You look yoked bro...good job.. That deca debol combo is a little rough on the system ehh? I did a deca dbol combo last summer and it took a long time to recover… I was ignorant before I did my cycle, but hey live and learn.

Lookin good man. For some reason your chest looks distorted or something. Ever try going wider on your bench press grip? I dunno, it just seems like your chest is up real high.........

Also, throw some deadlifts in, and some rows. Mid and lower back need work.

Other than that, lookin real good man.

I was just saying this guy had a very similar body type and features to mine, and I have 9.5 % BF, so this is likely that his BF is close to this. How did I hyjack or change the subject?

Work those legs hard, and the upper body will soon be TWICE as large.

Finally someone that should actually post a pic of themselves. You look good bud! No offense brotha's, I know we all work our asses off in the gym, and we definately want props for all of our hard work, but c'mon man you gotta put in the work first before ya post a pic and expect to get all the glory. I've been checking out some of the other pics of some of u guys and I gotta tell ya, I was that big when I was 15 and for ****-sure I hadn't hit the sauce yet. I'm not trying to be an asshole but i gotta tell it like I see it. I'm sure they're are a few others who would agree, and if not, well then you should use it as motivation to work harder and get bigger. Just my 2 pennies, anyway keep after it.

Bid T(big texin...right?) I have seen your pics. If your going to insult anyone I would start with yourself. No one on here needs negative feedback from some cowboy who is prob. proud that the worst presidant in history comes from his state.

Listen up J-G, I am not from texas, and I am not the "big-texan". You got that. NO LISTEN, U GOT THAT? U better get your facts straight before u call someone out brotha. I'm from WA actually, if u need 2 know, and I have never posted pics of myself here or anywhere else for that matter. I just tell it like it is. I'm not doggin on anyone here but I think they should hear the truth. I tell it like i see it. Peace-out Jay.

keep up the progress and do yourself a favor and read up on some member's cycles and their experience, b/c in my opinion you could have found better results from a different cycle, but enough of the talk, you look decent so keep it up and it will all come together.

BIG-T, you're the kind of meat head that sets up imaginary bars for guys competeing, and thats why more guys don't. "Oh I wont compete till I'm big enough" HWHat a crock.

Please give us exact guidelines on when we are worthy of posting pics here. I want age, height, weight, measurements, and bf%. Or STFU.

people don't just post pics around here assuming they are untouchable or special or elite.....they post pictures like this fella did saying "so what do you think?????" Advice, tips, pointers, sharing knowledge, constructive criticism...thats what its about. Nobody cares if they meet MR T's posting standards or not...they just want some help most times and to let people see what they are workin with. Everyone on here is different.....and are at different stages....genetics play a role and income...all sorts of things. try and be considerate is how i see it. PEACE
