actually your wrong, the body can transform within 30 days, dont forget he was on a cutting cycle and he probably had a lot of that muscle. so what you mean to tell me is you can't lose 30 lbs of fat in 30 days? thats bull. a lot of you are hating on this guy, i dont see why. dont forget he was on a very strict diet, a lot of you should read up on just dieting (without roids), its amazing what you'll learn.
