    what do you guys think?+new pic

    This is me at 84kg, 181 cm tall. A year since my last cycle. since the first of jan 05 I started eating right and training hard, gained about 4˝ kg in a little more than a month!
    My next cycle will be 500-600mg/week test enathate and 400mg/w deca durabolin . clomid after cycle. armidex or tamofix during.
    Should malke some gains.
    what do u guys think of the shape right now? U think competing in athletic fitness in december is possible?

    i'd hit the traps hard as well. Having large traps half way up your neck that tie in to your delts do wonders for the overall look of your upper body!
