thanks guys, Ive been training since 99 but I was tought by some aspiring pros, they intilled in me to do alot of heavy back movments, lots of heavy bent rows, t-bar, and deads.
always start with
lat pulls or chins
+
Bent rows or t-bars
Pull overs , dumbbell, rope or straight bar on a lat machine
+
Seated pulley rows
High rope pulleys
+
hypers
some various machines if iam on a roll, other than that iam usually bout to puke.
