    Pic from 3 years pass

    I know iam new hear so this is me in 2000 at about 170 something and now i lost it all car crash

    I dont know how severe your accident was but dont give up. It might be hard to start fresh again but if you had the dedication then you will get it back. My self I have pins in my knee I cannot feel my left arm to my from my hand to my shoulders. I have had so many fracutered ribs etc. All from motorcycle racing, I was not able to walk. They told me forget about lifting weights again. Well I proved them wrong, it is difficult and there is some pain here and there but I almost have reached my previous stature. Forget about the past and let it be, look forward and dont give up. Good Luck
