I am 19 years old I measure 5' 7 I pese 195lbs I train since àns and half. I would like to know I will start has to work in the construction industry roofer this summer that I must make not to lose my body but to improve it..

yes.. I do not want to lose my shape.. simply to define the muscle while keeping my mass muscular

i lil advice 4 ya, bring a lot of water and u should be good, and look at it this way u can also get a good tan. u shouldnt lose anything if u keep your diet the same and keep on training
Its just a job granted a heavey labor job as long as you keep on doin what ur doin you'll be fine
challenge me and i will succeed.
I think 19 is a little young to be doing AAS. Anyway, keep eating big and clean and you will keep your size.
