    A pic of me.

I'm benching (70's) on a swiss ball, here, around 205lbs, and *high* single digit Bf.

I'm not a BB'er, so the swiss ball work is mostly injury prevention, and stabilizer work...I play a sport, remember....

If you look closely, you'll see a big scar on each shoulder, actually....I've had surgery on both...

Swiss Ball work will help you with that kind of injury....at least it helped me...

I'd roll off that **** thing.. in fact i have joking around with heavy weights on it. It is good for sports/injury training, but is **** for hypertrophy. You dont look how i expected you... for some reason i pictured you looking like something from the future.. maybe a cyborg or something.

I posted this (originally) in the AAS forum, so people who hang there could see me...it's really the only forum I post alot in...

    And...

Yeah, my hypertrophy days are over....now, the name of the game for me is rehab/prehab, and sports training.

How did you guys all picture me? Remember, I'm not a bodybuilder at all (never was one)...I play a sport (rugby) with a high level of Mixed-Fuel requirements, and need to be able to run around a field for 80mins...

I can still squat around a quarter ton (just about 500lbs, no belt, no suit, no wraps), bench around 350(+?), etc...but honestly, my training is more sports-specific, and less pure weights...I only do 1-2 weight excercises 3-4 times a week...the rest of my training is going to rugby practice, swiss-ball/stability work, rehab/prehab, and track work.

how did you guys picture me?

Good sports frame Hooker. I agree with the ball workout. I trained on it for hockey and it does wonders for balance.

NO...not a nerd in a lab coat...I wanted to post the pic just so people have an idea who they're getting advice from...granted, I'm not a BB'er, but I look good enough, I guess.

Looking good Hook. . I have a swiss ball at home but I ONLY use it for ab work and maybe lower back (body weight only) but I would use caution using any weights escpecially heavy can CAUSE injury. I see many trainers sometimes showing clients the ball with weights and I usually cringe. Balance & stabilzing is important and you could roll off if not experienced and if you had a db's then your natural tendency is to try to not fall off thus straining something in the process. But if use properly then I suppose you would be okay.

You look good to me. Especially, the delts and calves. I really didn't picture you huge because you stated many times that you're not a BB'er. This may sound weird but you look like a normal guy considering your high level of intelligence.

You play rugby? Good to see more Americans taking up the sport, alot better than american football, none of the protective padding and rubbish. Ive played casually for a few years, played alot at school too.
