22/5'10/202lbs..progress over the years
I have been pretty skinny most of my life.. I did not start lifting till I was about 18.. In the first pic I was 17 and skinny as hell... then the next two are me right after basic training.. then the last is out in hawaii before I started juicing.. just threw that last one in there cause I know there are people on here that would have killed to get assigned duty like that...

now....
Here are my current pics.. In the top ones I was around 165 to 175 pounds.. I am 5'10''..
In these pictures I am weighing in at 202... been about 2-3 years.. I have done 3 cycles, 2 of which where poorly constructed.. i plan on doing a good cycle this winter..
let me know what you guys think, I know that I need some abs.. and I need to work on my chest... But over all I think I have made some pretty good progress over the years..

I know that I could have done this naturally, But I have done gear. Like I said they were very poor cycles and I almost would not even consider them cycles. I have done one that actually yielded gains. I did a cycle that produced the 23 pound increase. The other two gave me roughly 5-6 pounds... perhaps the gear was bunk or whatever the case may be. But the cycle that I will be doing this winter will be very well planned and have a Diet to go along with it.

nice gains bro. as stated though, you could have gotten that far without using gear and just eating 350g+ of protein a day. post a diet critique over in the diet forum if you haven't already. 99% of the time, cycles fail (or low results) due to diet, not the gear or workouts. keep hitting the weights hard bro! what kind of cycle you planning next? bulker or cutter? i'd suggest a cutter. you've got some good mass on you already. another 10lbs of solid mass while burning some fat and you'd be king of the beach back in hawaii! keep it up bro.

I know that my diet could use a lot of improvment, I had it down for about a three month period and now that I am going through a divorce on top of working fulltime and going to school fulltime I have been having a hard time keeping the food and protien intake up. I am almost done dealing with this hole mess though.
For my next cycle I had planned on doing.
wk 1-5 Dbol 50mg ED
wk 1-13 test enanthate 600mg
wk 14-15 prop 100mg ED
wk 1-12 500mg EQ
wk 7-15 Fina 75mg ED
Nolva,L-dex on hand
Clomid and nolva for PCT
This is novice cycle 1-4 on the main page
I have never stacked more than Enanthate and EQ and am hoping that this cycle along with a super strict diet will put on some real size..
Then after I gain some more mass I was going to do a cutting cycle.
Do you guys think that I should do a cutting cycle before I do the above mentioned one?
thanks again guys

I think you should get your diet and training in check, you have a lot you can gain naturally before you hit a plateau and resort to gear.

What a change bro.. You might want to photoshop some of those tats though.. Those are just something that will let someone know who you are.. (but if you don't care thats cool too)
EAT EAT EAT. That is what you need.. Just EAT and TRAIN... You will hit your marks bro...
Good luck.
