    First Pics Been Around Awhile (Need Some advice on were to go from here)

    Here we go in the pics 6'0 204lbs my hand held bf tester says 16.5%bf (dont no how accurate that is)

    i got mad extra skin from being 275 couple yrs ago

    currently doing HIT training and love just ended my 3rd week and 1st week of going all out to full muscular failure

    Iam right now doing a cutter
    diet looks like this

    Meal 1 8am
    8large eggwhites
    1/4 cup fat free cheses(in eggs)
    2 mushrooms (cut preparded in eggs)
    2 piece of whole wheat toast (under 30 carbs)

    Meal 2 10:30-11am
    1 sccop protein powder(low car with water)
    1tbsp flax
    4oz turkey breast

    Meal 3 1:30-2pm
    8oz chicken Breast
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 4 4:30-5pm
    1/2 cup oats
    1tbsp sugar free jam
    1 sccop protein powder(low carb with water)

    meal 5 7:30-8pm
    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup green veg
    2tbsp natural pnb

    Meal 6 Pwo shake 10:00-10:30
    2 sccop protein powder(low carb with water)
    3 scoops ultra fuel mixed with the protein
    (i no this shake at the as the last meal isnt too good but i got to train late due to schedule and training when the gym is lees crowded)

    drink 1 1/2-2 gallons of water day beside what i drink in the gym

    on off days in the gym ill take in a shake were the pwo shake is

    in this diet i think efa is screwed up tell me if its okay or need to add some and were

    My ques is this what i should be doin cutting as were i am at in the pics

    what i wanted to do wonder if this is okay cut till the end of th month then do a mini bulk diet according lean mass diet by mike xxl to my stats then cut again june- aug so i gain lil size and be somewhat cut during the summer then in september start a traditional bulk ova winter cut b4 the summer. idk if i am in left with this tell me what u guys think

    U got a nice base, id bulk right now if i was u, then cut, fill in some of that skin bro...JMO

    yeah, you need to put on some quality lean muscle to fill in where all that fat is gone now. Or you can get really expensive surgery and have lots of scars . . . i recommend the first for you wallet, self esteem, and sanity.

    read the diet sticky's, this will help a lot . . . the one about bulking or putting on lean mass will help you alot. Also do cardio in the mornings about 3 days a week to avoid putting a lot of fat back on while you are gaining weight. Just my thoughts.

    ok guys im gonna try the bulk thing keep a lean bulk and post updates in a couple weeks

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

    ok this is the diet layout not fit to my needs yet but i will do that tonite my ques is i usually dont get to the gym til late lik 9-10oclock now i no its not the best thing to take in all them carbs b4 bed so im gonna try to get their earlier on the days i can get theere early i will follow that plan and the days i get their late will take in post workout carbs right afta i lift b4 bed i guess is that ok

    one other ques is i got some creatine monohydrate here wanna use it up whats i good dosage to take

    you need more carbs... eat lots of fruits... and more brown rice and oatmeal...

    it looks like you are on a protein diet... if you arent using aas you need to cut back the protein about 15 g to 20 g in meals 2,3,4 and 8... and replace those calories with brown rice and fruits...

    you dont weigh enough to be eating over 430 g of protein... i'd cut it back to 225 to 250 g... 275 max... and replace those calories with carbohydrates man... you are eating way too much protein for a natural bodybuilder....

    the most protein you should eat is 1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight...

    Def Had That In Mind Cut Back On The Pro And Add Some More Carbs All Fruits Are Ok Any Good Ones In Paticular Any Other Carbs Besides Brown Rice

    other complex carbs: oatmeal (natural), wheat, multigrain or whole grain breads or crackers, wheat waffles are great (eggo makes em), you can get almost anything in wheat...

    fruits:stay away from banana's if you are prone to getting fat, they are high on the g.i. index... stick with apples, oranges, straberries, etc... just stay away from banana's except for postworkout they are fine....

    yea thats me in the avatar...

    if you are prone to gaining weight, then i'd try a lean bulk and see where it gets you, if you arent gaining weight add a little bit more food (about 300 cal's a day) for a few weeks and see how much of a dif. that makes... if you are gaining too much fat do the opposite... it takes time so dont get anxious and jump the gun and start pounding food if you arent gaining weight... a lean bulk is the hardest bulk, so the gains will come much slower... just eat healthily and work out hard......

    at 21 dont you think that his skin will have the ability to tighten up some on its own? i'm not saying not to try to put on mass, but i would think that your skin would have some resiliency
