I have started running. After pct I plan on cutting calories and bumping cardio up. Thats about it.

Look good, keep up the hard work,keep up with the cardio, and try overs to bring out your pecs, and dips for lower pecks,you need to blow that ribb cage out.

Good progress there, nice improvement overall. I agree with weighted dips to spur chest growth, make sure you lean forward when doing them. That and weighted fly stretches.

Thank you I've been busting my a++. I have also started running 2 miles every other day and on the days I'm not running I'm training for a kickboxing match in july.
