first pics
im 19, havent done any cycles yet and dont plan on doing it for awhile. i was just wondering ive been trying to make my legs grow but i cant. ill post some leg shots and other shots in alittle. sry for the upper body shot but its the only thing i got right now.

I agree. You have a very good base. At your age I was 129lb, 6 ' tall. You look good. Keep busting your as#.

you look good for your age. you mentioned you cant get your legs to grow...whats your leg routine like?

i do squats, leg extensions and curls and they just dont seem to grow. maybe i need to correct my form on squats

Try deep front squats......Really sparked my leg growth. Combine em with deep hack squats for at least 15 reps per set.

im a small guy sadly to say, only 5'6 about 140 lbs. i lifted mostle for strength and power when i first started but im trying to build more mass now.

if you are only doing squats for quads they wont grow that fast...
do squats (4 sets), 3 sets of leg presses, 3 sets of lunges and 3 sets of leg extensions...
then leg curls (4 sets), then 8-9 sets of calves... and EAT... then they'll grow...

definetely keep natural for a while and you'll keep growing im sure, good arms and chest looks quite good in pic, even when covered up with vest, you look like you got a good athletes physique, what are your goal BTW? what weight would you like to get to?

you should put off steroids for a couple years until your body fully matures (around 23) I knew a dude who started roids when he was 14 and he got HUGE, the size of an amateur bodybuilder. undoubtedly the biggest kid in high school and just a freshman. he gained close to 70# over the break from 8th to 9th grade. Anyway he now regrets it BIG TIME!! some of his muscles are deformed and he only grew as tall as his mother more than 6 inches shorter than his dad. his sister is taller than him.
