7weeks in and 7more to go? what you think? be kind!
already 7 weeks in sticky diet(variation) strict as hell with two days of carb up(loose days)
first pick is first week feb1st and second is march 19th. any improvement?
hopeing to get some lipoderm-y for my for lower part its not getting off as I want it.

Whats your cycle look like bro. I have the same love handle problem as you but on my first cycle of Test C and Deca it all fell away pretty much and I didnt do any cardio, since mu cycle ended it has crept back though. Do you do any cardio ?

I am off cycle right now. just came off 600mg test e bloomed to 220lbs befor ethe diet and after pct ofcource. right now I stand at 200 flat give and take. I heard lipoderm-y works. what you think about that?
I always had love handle problems.

whats ur diet look like? whats cardio like?....still heavy weights in the gym?...or lost some strength?
just curious cause i just got through my first week of the cutting sticky, noticed some changes and strength is still up

good stuff man. you can tell that you've especially lost alot of bf% from your arms and pecs and alla. keep it up and eventually the midsection will shrink too- it's the last place you lose.

thanks for everyones comment.
my diet is typical(not sure) 5 days of no carbs unless 1hr after cardio or after workout.
nothing at all after that ever. 2 days of 150carbs(with one nice cheat meal)
I do cardio 45 minutes or jungle cardio(4warmup4minutes fast and 4minutes cool down) I wait 1hr before my meal. I do this 4-5 days week. I include lots of flax seed oil and olive with margerine.
meal 1 8egg whites and 1/2 oats oats
meal2 27almonds+ protein shake
pwo(2scoops of protein shake+ 50grams of dextrose)
meal4- 2chicken breast
meal5 tuna and salad
meal6- 2chickenbreast salad.
