No leg pics yet. Yeah, my chest has always been a tough go for me. Could be just genetic limitations I don't know.....I've been training quite low volume with it. Perhaps a higher volume routine is in order.

I've just got into taking pics and really getting serious. I've really gotten on the ball with my diet and training especially now that I'm going to start a cycle. I've been training H.I.T. forever and a day now. Modified versions of it....now I'm using a more genuine H.I.T. routine but I may be switching to max OT style of training....possibly even back to a traditional higher volume routine for my chest.
I can't wait to see myself after the cycle tho.....Regardless of my chest being a little underdeveloped in comparason to the rest of me I think I've done very well for a natural so far.

Aww feel the love in my thread. Now people, let's help Awnold bring his chest up to par and get freaky. I've got the next two months of training planned out with Max OT routines. Working in four week blocks. From evaluating the pics I can really see my lower chest needs to be brought up......especially the outer areas. Thanks to the guy who pointed it out too....I forget who it was and I'm too lazy to look...lol. I really want to nail this as I don't want this cycle to be a complete waste.
I've been training H.I.T. and my strength is increasing however I'm really wanting to get into bodybuilding competitions so any ideas and opinions are welcome.....

I was looking at a posted "novice cycle" on the main page with included dbol, deca, and test e. I think I'm still a little confused with the diferent test's. Now maybe I'm just talking out of my ass...lol, but my thinking along the lines of using dbol was keeping it mild. I'm not looking for magic gains overnight. I am only going to use as little as neccessary and with my diet and proper training plus low dosages my thinking is yes, some gains will be lost but the overall net gains will still be there. I'm working witha good friend of mine who has used thsi same cycle and was able to keep quite a bit of his gains....he unfortunately just fell out of bodybuilding so to speak.
I think a good low/moderate dose cycle would be 25mg dbol weeks 1-4 along with a single ester test such as cypionate @ 500 mg per week(1-13). THat would be excellent for a first cycle. You could also add deca @ 400mg per week (1-12) if you wanted to. Good luck.

I'm going to look into that....this cycle was really just aimed at seeing how my body reacts to a low dosage and shorter cycle. We were planning on running 8 weeks to start. Thanks for the advice though....definately things to consider. I'm still thinking that if I keep my doses low enough, Ill be able to come off much easier and keep a higher percentage of my gains.
