Hopefully this works (or maybe after the criticism maybe not LOL) anyway so here it goes.
Now I never really went through a serious mass building cycle as I've always been more concerned with being cut and staying cut (usually around 6/7% year round) and I haven't been on a cycle for almost 2 years now. I am looking to add another 15lbs which will bring me to 210 of course I said I'd be happy at 195 ya all know how it is right?
