They look very wide from the front and back......... keep us updated on you progress before the show..... that way you will get a better critique.......
nice! :lift:
From what I can tell, you're looking much leaner now than 6 weeks out. Keep us posted bro.
Smokin'!

ur one thick sob man great work, im waitin on my lats to get that big
nice progress!
legs look solid, nice job
you are in prime condition my friend. lovin the calves!! great job
You have the potential to really nail this pose but you arent quite there yet. Legs look really good, but in the rear you havent really flared out your left lat and you look both out of balance and tilted to the right.
You are alot bigger then the guy in this video but he does demonstrate some key points http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mark9.htm
Get these dialed and you will truly be doing yourself justice.
Huge calves man DAYUM!
I agree with Prime on this... work on the pose...
otherwise.. yo're looking a lot better in this pic..conditionwise
Your Calves rock Bro!
I dont understand how this pose is "bad". The reason why my right lat looks different from the left is the lighting, and I dont think I look out of balance at all. The only difference between myself and the video you have linked is that I choose to extend the leg straight back to further emphasis the calve, planted foot is pointed out at almost a 45 to emphasis the quad sweep. Not trying to be a dickhead bro, but is the pose really that bad????Quote:

The reason why his are only two to three inches apart is because his quad sweep is weak, and thats what you need to do in order to look better next to the bigger guys. There is nothing wrong with 5 or 6 inches apart if you have decent size in the legs. And correct me if I am wrong here, but in NPC competition, doesnt the exposed leg on a side tricep shot have to be extended backward and not forward?? Just curious
lookin good bro...best of luck
Your progress is coming along nicely. I like the lat spread in the first pic and can only imagine what you'll look like when you cut down some more. Also, kudos on the legs. Good luck with your show.
nice man impressive lats
My critique would be that you are rounding your back and not fully spreading your lats. You need to stand up straighter and i would also change your hand placing to maybe a little lower. Here is a pic off LP hitting the same pose exactly how you do. Now his pic has been taken at an angle from below him so it gives the appearance he is leaning forward but he isnt.
jmo bro. if you want me to butt out just say so.
lookin sic bro
