I would say to work on the tris. You have a good split in the bis, but it would be even more impressive with some tri work. If you want more bodybuilding advice I would probably not be the one to ask,lol.

Looking great, as mentioned before I'd work on your triceps. Aswell as that I'd try and get your shoulders a little wider too and your back to improve your v taper. Looking good hope the cycle goes well. :lift:

Seriously, I'd work on your tris and your shoulders. The v-taper will come when you cut. You have a wide back but your current waist size just make it look smaller.

I think at 238lbs you're pretty large, but you look to have room to fill in if you want. That's a good build, you could hold 250-260lbs comfortably with that frame I think. Looking good bro, good luck. Post-cycle pics would be great.
Thanks Juddman and everyone that responded. My goal is too hit 260 by the end of the year at a couple percent body fat less than what I am now. My waist used to be at 33 inches but I am now at 35. I do not understand this because I feel I have lost a decent amount of fat from this cycle I am currently on? I am going to continue to bulk for the rest of the year and if I reach my goals or close I will begin cutting next Jan. Thanks for the critique guys.Quote:
