Here are some pics...
I am about 20 lbs heavier now. I was 190 and now I am 210 with the same body fat and a tan!

I have lifted for about 8 years but five in a row then I took some time off when I went to shool and now 3 years. I have done three real "cycles".
But when I was 16 I used sus. (wrong), d-bol only cycle, halo and d-bol cycle, and a few other single items. I don't count any of those as cycles though. I have learned alot in the process. Studied a ton an I am growing in knowledge. Weightlifting is a passion of mine.
Just on a side note today I shoulder pressed 100lbs dumbells for a set of 10. I was excited so I thought I would share.

You have a very well balanced build and you also have some good size too! You have an impressive physique.
