NPC Mr. New York...10 days out
10 days out @ 185 lbs. i'll be in the teenage 18-19 year old class.

Ya Man- the cardio and diet change each week as i get closer. right now I am on zero carb, zero fat, zero dairy, zero red meat. Not sure what the guys done wrong in the past but he looks great! just because he isn't doing things the way "certain people" would why flame him that Swole is gonna, well f*$k knows what hes gonna do, but give him some props, he looks real good, the back detail is tremendous. Like i said b4, not sure if hes flamed or done someone wrong but arn't we meant to be critiquing his physique?
