ReX357: 02/04/2005 (Before cutting)
I went up to 222 but I was too bulky. Was off the gym for a week before starting my cutting diet. This is my first day cutting. I'm hoping to go down to 190 lbs in 10 weeks. I hope to get down to maybe 4%.

I look like **** right now, I don't like the extra phat. I'm starting to have a belly and I don't like that. I wanna see the abs before summer. I'll bulk up again at that time.

how long have you been training?
a clean diet would be the first thing you should do ... itll help you make better gains and loose fat at the same time

Good start bro, especialy for 8 months of training, your lats really seem to be your strong point. I think your height must make it more difficult, your arms look fairly long to me and someone of your weight usually has a little more mass on them (appears to), so I assume its the length of them. Keep working hard man, I wouldn't cut either, you have a tall frame to work with and its going to take a lot of mass to fill it out for sure.
Hit the chest and arms hard, they seem to be your weak points. Back looks good like I said and traps seem to be coming along well also.

If you get a clean diet laid out, you can cut and bulk SLOWLY at the same time... if youll look at my pictures in the members pics, thats what I did... 3500-4000 cals/day but clean for the most part. 10 months, I lost bodyfat and gained LBM
